Leslie has 20 years of corporate management experience in human resources and operations. She formed her own company with the objective of providing outsourced human resources and training and development services. She is on the continuing education faculty of Triton College and serves on several professional boards.
Leslie has the ability to provide a wide variety of human resources services including management of all human resource functions (contract recruiting, staffing, and performance reviews); preparation and presentation of workshops and seminars; HR audits; and development of workplace policies and procedures.
